Some things to remember when submitting a donation Request Application:

From our humble beginnings in 1908, Poca Valley has always believed in giving back and making a difference in the communities we serve.

Each year, we help sponsor several community events, projects, and celebrations in communities throughout Roane, Putnam, Kanawha and surrounding counties.  When our communities succeed, we succeed.

If your community organization or event needs funding, we invite you to stop by a local branch and pickup a Donation Request Form.  Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Some things to remember when submitting a donation Request Application:
  • Application must be submitted at least one month prior to your event.
  • Organization must be located within the market area of Poca Valley and its branches.
  • Application must be completed in full and include
  • Complete name and address of organization
  • Contact person’s name & title, address, phone number and email.
  • Tax Identification number of organization
  • Details of request: include the date and time of event, where the event will be located and how the donation will benefit the organization.
  • Requests for individual projects cannot be accepted.
